Last night was a big night for our first CASA Swearing-In ceremony of 2013. Judge Marcelo Kopcow administered the oath in the Weld County Courtroom to make it official for the 10 community members and one staff member who completed training to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate for A Kid’s Place! They will serve some of the many Weld County kids who are currently in the DHS Court System.
