Top Chef of Northern Colorado was a great success this year! Four restaurants from Northern Colorado were represented by their chefs and event participants were pleased with the tasty creations they came up with. Here are the 2017 Award Winners. We are grateful to all of the chefs for their participation: Trevor Schultze & Garrett Adler from Blue Agave, Adam Smith from Slate Italian Eatery, Ashley Smith from Generations Wine & Martini Bar, and Chad Young from The Tavern.
