On a crisp fall evening, the Bessie Smith Community House will be abuzz with excitement as CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers gather for a much-anticipated board game night. This event is not just about rolling dice and moving pieces; it is a celebration of camaraderie, teamwork, and the incredible dedication of our volunteers.
Highlights of the Night:
- Friendly Competitions: The night will bring some friendly yet fierce competitions. Teams will form spontaneously, with volunteers pairing up with old friends and new acquaintances alike.
- Snack Station: No game night is complete without snacks! There will also be drinks- alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
- Raffle Prizes: Throughout the night, raffle tickets will be handed out for various achievements, such as winning a game or showing great sportsmanship. The raffle draws at the end of the night for lucky volunteers.
